Our first ladies training session of the year was ended with a special presentation to Hannah Clune who popped in while she was home from university. Hannah is now studying in Belfast and despite our pleas isn't able to make matches and training every week!

Hannah played for Tulla for many years starting out with our u10 girls. She has been one of our most dedicated and committed players and we always felt that we had a chance when Hannah played. Over the years she rarely missed a match or training and this dedication to her sport made her an outstanding player. She also coached in our academy and summer camps and Hannah also played on many underage Clare teams over the years. Her Tulla coaches included Bob, John, Matt, Colm and Kevin. She finished this stage of her Tulla career playing with our Senior Ladies who had a wonderful cup win last season.

We wanted to acknowledge Hannah's contribution to our club over the years and we presented her with a framed photograph capturing some special moments from her time in Tulla, both on and off the pitch.

Best of luck to Hannah in her studies and thanks to her and her mom Deirdre for all their efforts over the years. We'll be delighted to welcome her back at some stage in the future! Planning is already underway a bus trip to Belfast for friendly!!
