2-0 down with 7 minutes remaining in the first half, our hardworking, skilful Captain CJ O'Doherty gets us back into the game to make it 2-1 at the break.
The boys regrouped and entered the second half with a purpose. With the help of the introduction of Sean McInerney, Tulla were more of a threat in the second half, Finding it difficult to get past a brilliant Fern Celtic goalkeeper until 3 minutes remaining, Leo Walshe scored the equaliser. Tulla kept the pressure on to go for the win, and with the confidence of knowing that they had a solid keeper in Jack McMahon who kept us in the game with a late save, Paudie Morris rose to head in the well deserved winner at the back post from a delightful cross with 1 minute remaining on the clock.
Well done to Man of the match Oisín Collins with his constant drive and enthusiasm. A deserved winner of the award.
