Tulla Utd vs Murroe AFC
Tulla wearing their alternate white strip progress to the 3rd round of the national cup with a hard fought victory. The first half was midfield battle, which Cian Murphy and Mikey Molley came out on top off. Two Tulla set pieces from David Collins at the end of the half were the difference in the sides at the break. First one was turned into his own goal by a defender under pressure from Oisin Lovett.
The second was finished off by Mikey. The boys in white started taking more control in the second half with Murroe losing their disapline. Finn Harrington and Alex Maher were a constant danger on the flanks. Tulla added goals by David, Noah Milsted, Alex Maher and Mikey with his second.
Tulla will be at home in the next round against Croom Utd.
