Tulla 2013's U12's travelled to Killarney Celtic to play 4th Round of the National Cup.
The conditions didn't favour any team today with hailstones battering the players while they were all giving the best account of themselves.
Killarney took a 1-0 lead in at halftime with a ridiculous wind behind them. Tulla regrouped in the warmth of the dressing room, very confident in the knowledge it would be their time to get assistance of the wind in the second half.
With their heads up and ready for battle, after dominating, they got the goal they deserved with 18minutes to go through Oritseweyinmi Emiko, who was a force up front.
The team reacted in typical form when our goalkeeper Jack McMahon got a heavy knock with a goal by Conall O Murchu from the resulting free by Jack. 1-2 with 10 minutes to go, the boys keep the pressure on which felt like 15minutes by pressing forward and saw out the game to take a deserved win and progress to the last 32 in Ireland 🇮🇪.
Another game whereby it was difficult to pick MOTM but OisÃn Collins edged it slightly.
Finally, thanks to Killarney Celtic for their hospitality, and Tulla United AFC wish you the very best in the season ahead.
