Our U12 girls have advanced to the next round of the National Trophy after a hard earned victory over Knigh United earlier today in Tipperary. Jessie set Tulla United off to a strong start with an early goal, and the lead was doubled just 10 minutes in, courtesy of an own goal.

Knigh United, however, showed great resilience and began to grow into the game, providing Tulla with a valuable lesson in game management. Demonstrating excellent discipline, Tulla United defended solidly and waited for the right moments to strike. Their patience paid off when Millie sealed the win with a spectacular looping shot from 20 yards out, making it 3-0.

It was an entertaining match, showcasing quality football from both teams. A big thank you to Knigh United for their warm hospitality and refreshments after the game.
