Tulla bowed out of the u12 Boys Cup against Bridge with a display showing tenacity and no little skill. Bridge started off on top, but Tulla slowly got to grips with the game and started to create a few chances of their own. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes a speculative shot from Bridge found it’s way into the bottom corner of the goal. Despite this Tulla continued to play well but Bridge held onto their lead until half time. After the break Tulla continued to press, and with the help of the slope create a few chances, with the defence keeping it tight at the back. Again luck favoured Bridge when the ball fell fortuitously to their striker in the area who finished to make it 2-0. Tulla showed their tenacity and pushed higher up the pitch and with 7 minutes to go got their own bit of luck when a shot from Cian bounced awkwardly and ended up in the net. Despite Tulla pushing, Bridge held onto their lead. Best of luck to Bridge in the final
