Our U16 girls continued their strong start to the season as they comprehensively beat Hermitage in their opening league match in the Cragg. Goals from Juliette, Caoilfhionn, Caoimhe, Katie, Zsuszi, Ava G. and Lucy were the icing on the cake but the performance overall was really encouraging. There were some wonderful phases of play as the girls passed the ball through the lines. Well done to them all on a really strong team performance & commiserations to Hermitage.

It was good to score a few goals this evening as we had our former player Rhianne Ryan at match. Rhianne was fresh from her own 20minute hat trick for Galway United U17s versus Carlow Kilkenny F.C. in the National League so we were under pressure to perform! Congratulations to Rhianne and thanks for support, we're sure there are many more goals to come!
