TUAFC u17s enjoyed a dominant display in Newmarket this afternoon to take them through to the semi-final of the u17 league. It was apparent from the off that Newmarket, who were missing a number of key players through injury, were going to be up against it with Tulla playing out from the back, from Simon to Adam and Dillion, through the central midfield of Riain, David and Aidan, and striker Eoin being put through on numerous occasions.

The full backs Sean and Stephen were constantly getting forward to assist Tom and George on the wings and creating numerous chances. Cathal, Osgar, Stephen came on at half time and there was no letting up in the display with David Duff making his competitive debut and scoring within 2 minutes.

Avenue are up next in the semi final on Saturday 11th in Roslevan.
